Lake Shore Site Visit
(South West)

At Lake Shore in Bishopsworth, Urban Splash is creating over 400 new homes as well as commercial space on a Brownfield site in the centre of South Bristol. The development is an exemplar project in terms of its design and sustainability, in a key regeneration area for the city of Bristol over the next 20 years. The development has recently won a Housing Design Award under the ‘Projects’ category.

The visit will take place on Wednesday 3 September 2008 between 12.30pm - 2pm and will include buffet lunch.

Little Britain Challenge Cup 2008

The Little Britain Challenge Cup is the biggest UK gathering of senior figureheads from the construction and property industry. With 250 yachts and upwards of 3000 participants it is the industry's top social and sporting event, which annually raises upwards of £150,000 for various sailing charities For the fifth consecutive year, the Association of Women in Property is entering a yacht in this prestigious event.
