Title: Site tour of £255m Finzels Reach Development in Bristol

Members and guests enjoyed a very interesting tour of HDG Mansur’s £255 million Finzels Reach development at the former Courage Brewery site in central Bristol, as part of our “The Changing Face...” programme, which is putting some of the region’s biggest developments under the spotlight.

At total of 25 members & guests were shown around the 5.7 acre site, which is being turned into a new city quarter for Bristol comprising 399 apartments, 400,000sq ft of offices and 87,000sq ft of shops and leisure facilities.

The development will include a new landmark pedestrian and cyclist bridge. The Mobius Bridge will join the new development to Castle Park and be complemented by a series of new public streets, footways, a riverside walk and public space within the development.

Chris Read, HDG Mansur’s head of development for the UK and Europe, also gave the group a presentation on the development over a buffet lunch at the Finzels Reach marketing suite.
