National Student Awards 2008

The Women in Property National Student Awards are taking off again in 2008. Fuelled by the success of the inaugural awards in 2007, 28 Universities are putting forward their rising stars, a total of 45 students from across the country.

The Awards are open to second year, female students studying a Built Environment course and are run in conjunction with the Construction Youth Trust. Our aspiration, as an organisation, is to recognise excellence, encourage up and coming talent and nurture the role models of tomorrow. The Awards do just that.

What happens next?

Following the launch by Maria Francke at the very successful National Chairman's Reception at Tate Britain on 22nd April, our branches will be holding celebratory events to announce our regional winners and display all entrants’ course work.

And on 23rd September we return to Claridge’s for the ‘Best of the Best’ awards dinner when the national winner will be announced, following in the footsteps of Fiona Forrest, winner of the first Women in Property National Student Awards.
